The noise from outside was noticeable, especially with the nearby road. I got uneasy vibes from the area outside, raising security concerns. Overall, there's potential in this place but they need to address cleanliness and service professionalism.

This was just an appropriate option for a city escape in San Jose with good value. The lobby felt welcoming and warm upon arrival. If you need peace, ask for a room away from the stairway.
